Want to make a difference? Then we want you! Acadamic K-12 Solutions is seeking highly qualified ambitious educators who are passionate about helping students reach their full potential. The position will pay between $15-$45/hour based on experience. You are paid based on the number of clients you have and hours you work. This is a non-salary position.

 

Requirements

*Must be in College or have completed a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

*Must complete Acadamic K-12 Solutions Training and any additional on-going training as needed.

 

*AP-level knowledge in at least one or more subjects that you wish to tutor in (English, Math, Technology, and/or Science).

 

*Must be an effective communicator and relationship builder with students, families, teachers, and other stakeholders.

 

*Friendly, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse student population.

 

*Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner that is flexible.

 

*Experience developing customized lesson plans is preferred, but not required. 

 

*Keep detailed records of tutoring sessions using Acadamic K-12 Student Summary Reports.

 

*Track and analyze student progress using relevant forms.

 

*Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from sessions. 

 

*Must be able to pass a background check.

 

*Must be able to provide transcripts confirming school completion.
